This fall, we mark our 5th Anniversary with a powerful program: a forward-looking policy panel, a keynote address from Mayor Muriel Bowser, the 2025 SMOA Leadership Awards, and the world premiere of our new documentary, Rent Burdened: The Fight to Save Affordable Housing.
